Where does this process begin and how do you walk through the steps?
In a series of meetings with our Sales staff (approx. 2-3 times), our customers select the style and size of home and the lot that suits their wants, needs and budget. The home is rough-designed and presented to the clients for approval, any changes they wish to make are made. After we have final approval on the main floor plan, we then work on the foundation and elevation. We then draft an individual spec sheet, which details all construction specifications for the home designed. A legal contract is signed, which guarantees you the home you want at a specified price and time. NO SURPRISES. At the time the contract is signed, we ask for a deposit with the balance due on closing. The purchaser then selects the materials and colours of everything from siding and roofing to cupboards, flooring and paint.
